Genzgadgets – Refund & Return Policy

At Genzgadgets, we want you to love your tech and gadgets. If something isn't right, we’re here to help you sort it out quickly. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories).

  • The protective seals or plastic wraps on electronic items must not be broken or tampered with.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons:

  • Items showing clear signs of use, physical damage, or wear and tear.

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Sale items or promotional gift cards (unless specified otherwise during the promotion).

How to Start a Return

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
